The formation's process of political parties such as PDI-P, golkar, PKB, PPP and PAN in the candirejo village during 1999 general election was unprepared. The formation was more likely to be caused by the intervention of a senior member (cadre) or a member from a higher level such as a sub district. Accordingly, the participation process of political parties, namely PDI-P, gollkar, PKB, PPP, and PAN in the candirejo 1999 general election was run smoothly and then were no serious problems, such as the formation of the election's registration officer, the campaign, the shape of the vote collecting committee, vote collecting and vote counting. Nevertheless, based on the agreement of perjanjian candirejo sejuk, an open campaign during the campaign session was eliminated and there was only a dialogical campaign.
