Indonesian political parties seem to have failed to make use of the reformation era which guarantees opennes as wella s amendments of the of indonesian official cosntitution, so called UUD 1945 that provides freedom for political parties to pursue the implementation of their roles. One main role of a political party is to give shape to people's sovereignty this look like it is being neglected by the political party's elite are the main reason why political parties are not willing to improve people's sovereignty. There are some endeavors which could be used to increase people sovereignty, namely : first, to ameliorate a politicla party's role on a local level. Second, enliven a communicative stripe / medium between people and political parties. Third, the recalling process of DPR (D)'s members should be transparent. Fourth, the occupation of the legislator must be seprated strictly from political activitsts. Fifth, trying to cultivate political education for people.
