With the popularity of internet and social networking, consumer behavior has changed significantly. Nowadays, the consumers are able to search for a large amount of information Mid to share their consumption experience to a wider audience. In this condition, marketers need some new skills to be able to serve their customers satisfactorily. Abilities w provide up-to-date and clear information and to engage with the consumers are just HO examples of the skills needed. Other skills needed would be further discussed.
