There are many ways in which to describe aging by associating negative factors with growing older (Cuddy, Norton, & Fiske, 2005). In fact, as you are reading this, you probably can mentally note numerous negative factors or disadvantages associated with aging. There are also numerous positive factors associated with the aging process. In this article, several positive factors or ways in which persons can age successfully will be presented.
