The existence of private hospital and goverment, clinics and medical laboratory among the town, cause high competition in providing healthcare service. One of the strategy doing by the owner of private hospital to defence or grow up the customer is providing service quality. By the optimal service quality, expected that hospital afford to compile consumen expectation to the hospital service, capable to reach the competition and able to get the maximal profit. This research is based on the Marketing Management Theory about Service Quality and theory of Customer Decision Process.
