The purpose of this research are knowing and analyzing to influence of economic value added and income quality toward the price book value company that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period of the research on 2005 and 2006. Sampling method that use in this research in non probabilistic sampling with the judgment sampling. The purposive sampling is a kind of the technique in sampling method based on a certain judgment. The population in this research is 89 companies and divided into 9 groups in business area. The result of this research show that the independent variable which the economic value added and income quality have the influence to ward the price book value. Meanwhile, the income quality doesn't have the influence to ward the debt ratio.
