PT. Sumber Cakung is one of the many companies that understand the importance of adapting to these changes. Purchase of e-KTP printing machines made by PT. Sumber Cakung is a solution in the foreseeable future to reduce the number of counterfeit ID cards. Changes made by PT. Sumber Cakung requires adjustments and good. Change management is the resources needed to influence, regulate and manage things are affected by the process of change. This study aims to analyze the effect of a change of management factors on the success of a project (purchase of e-ID card printing machines) at PT. Sumber Cakung. Research tools used were questionnaires with PLS (Partial Least Square) as the data processing software in the questionnaire results. The results of the study indicate that the management of change with a variety of indicators that are inside having a positive impact on the project implemented by PT.
