Abstract
Intention turnover is a tendency or employee's intention to quit working from the job whether by voluntary or involuntarily or move from one workplace to another according his own choice. Intention turnover in the banking industry is an early signal of employee's turnover in the industry which in the further situation can lead to instability of employee's working environment condition. This research aims to determine and analyzed the influence the leadership style and the work satisfaction in relation to intention turnover. The model of the research consists of three variables which are the style of leadership, satisfaction of work and employee's intention turnover, also with three research hypothesis. Data collection done by survey approach by distributing questionnaire to 93 respondents in managerial officials in PT Bank Zamrud and PT Bank Centrum. In relation to this, the number of questionnaires that returned are 91 respondents (97,85%) where 4 of them were returned back after the analysis process was completed, therefore the number of questionnaires which had been processed were 87 questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression models using SPSS software. The result of those three hypothesis shows that partially the leadership style and the work satisfaction each positively and significantly impact the employee's turnover intention, while by simultaneously/together the work satisfaction gives positive and significant influence to employee's intention turnover, on the other hand, the style of leadership has no significant impact of employee's intention turnover. The result of this research illustrates that intention turnover of employee's in PT Bank Zamrud largely determined by job satisfaction. Because of that, this research suggests the management of PT Bank Zamrud to improve the employee's job satisfaction, for example by observing the workload, remuneration system, promotion system also including education, improvement and training. For the next researcher who wants to do a research in the same field in PT Bank Zamrud, writer suggests to research the influence of other factors, such as corporate culture and organizational commitment to intention turnover.
