QFD were known as a method to understand consumer's want and explain it in tehnical how's. ABC is a method to calculate cost of products, which are based in activities to get optimal cost of sales. This paper presents ABC for health care by applying QFD methodologies. The consumer perception about the expected cost, what they want to present, and what they want to know occur in ABC model at Atma Jaya Hospital. This research aims to help Atma Jaya Hospital in building ABC model that fits their consumer perception. |
