In this research I test the influence of the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of employees at PT ISM Bogasari Flour Miils, Jakarta. The independent variables consist of organizational structure, responsibilities, and support, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The analysis uses a Non-Probability Sampling with Convenience Sampling method. The data uses in this research is the primary data which obtained by distributed the questionnaires to 93 employees of Human Resource Management at PT ISM Bogasari Flour Mills, Jakarta. The results indicate that the dimensions of organizational structure and responsibilities have significant positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at PT ISM Bogasari Flour Mills, Jakarta, but the dimensions of the support hasn’t influence at the job satisfaction of employees at PT ISM Bogasari Flour Mills, Jakarta. Simultaneously, the dimensions organizational structure, responsibilities, and support give a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of employees at PT ISM Bogasari Flour Mills, Jakarta |
