Without the computerize system, the company will have to deal with the obstacles in gaining the actual and accurate information. All those things are the caused of using the manual method in gathering and processing the data. The excellent data organizing through computerize system is also needed in expanding the business into the new business area such as SMEs “Amanah” Organic Fertilizer. The data that organized through computerize system also occur as the preparation for SMEs “Amanah” Organic Fertilizer that will launch the liquid and solid fertilizer to the market and it will be ready to face the competition between other organic fertilizers. This computerize information system is using System Life Cycle (SLC) method, this method consist of five steps, which are planning, analyzing, creating, applying, and utilizing. The process in this information system designed using C# visual studio 2005 along with the Microsoft Access 2003 as the data base construction. To get the data and information needed in analysis step was done using the Process business improvement through Benchmarking method by using the others company which work in the same area to get the data needed in business process. Those data will combined with SMEs “Amanah” Organic Fertilizer needs which also being set up by the owner of the data needed to be the stake holder in designing the information system of SMEs “Amanah” Organic Fertilizer that can manage and handle kinds of operational transaction such as purchasing raw materials, selling the products, inventories, cost of goods, and income statement.
