Abstract
Development of information systems as process supporting media was inspired by the diversity of human activity, and their desires to do all the activities with the minimum process. The advanced facilities for internet were simplifying and accelerating user to searching and delivering information to multipleparties, thus resulted the application of information systems in a process becomes important. Internship is a tools for engineering student to be able to interact with the industrial enviroment. After intership, the students are expected can identify some problems that occur in the industry; analyze and solve problems by applying the discipline that have been acquired from university. But in the practice, the internship process system is still record manually. The use of paper as media without any back-up data caused a lack information about internship data that should be possessed by faculty. Due to the reason above, improvement in internship process system are required. Here, we established a computerized system to support the internship process system. This web-based system was designed using the System Life Cycle (SLC) or also known as waterfall approach. Once the design and construct of this system are complete, it will be tested to determine the ease and satisfaction felt by users.
