Research of Business Process Improvement in tea, coffee and cocoa at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara using the BPI method is conducted to analyze the tea, coffee, and cocoa marketing process business at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara today, designed the improved the tea, coffee, and cocoa marketing business process at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara, perform an intensive observations, interviews, discussions and analyze indicators that is used commonly by BPI method to create an improvement in business process. The expected result is the analysis of activities’ value within the business process at PT. Bogasari Flour Mills which aren’t giving a value added today, a procedural design of improved business process in tea, coffee, and marketing at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara using the IDEF0 Diagram, and giving recommendations for potential business process improvement in the future. Data used in the research are the vision and mission of the company, organitational structure, job descriptions of all employees involved, operational standard procedure, detailed input-output business process, support facilities that is used along within business process and perspective data of employees about their own activities in business process. The results of Business Process Improvement in tea, coffee and cocoa at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara using the BPI method a recommendation procedural design of improved business process in tea, coffee, and cocoa marketing that is more efficient and effective, an enhancement of systems or activities that is still not giving an expected result moreover there is a potential of loss unconsciously suffered, and recommendations for potential business process improvement in the future. |
