| In general, the processes that run in the Faculty of Engineering Atma Jaya Catholic University can be grouped into four major processes, there are classroom registration business process that include RPM registration, KRS registration, registration KBT and registration laboratory, KP registration procedures business process, seminar and final project registration procedures business process, and graduation business process. Processes that are performed in the Faculty of Engineering Atma Jaya Catholic University now, there’s still has a lack of clarity relationships between processes. What things should be done first in order to perform the next process. Therefore, by drawing a map of business processes are expected to provide clarity to the process so that can give satisfaction to the students who doing the the process. Through this research, the writer expecting can give the new idea of improvements that can overcome the problems that led the student dissatisfaction. To do this research. the writer must to do an analysis of current processes to find value added and non value added process. The results that obtained through this research is the fraction expressed as a non value added process. It is this process that causes students to feel dissatisfied and the new idea of improvements that has been given are expected to overcome the problems that cause dissatisfaction to Faculty of Engineering Atma Jaya Catholic University students. |
