| At this time, education is very important in the world of work. Therefore, quite a lot of universities that appear to increase the level of education in Indonesia. For the passage of an activity in the field of education, would not only be controlled by how much that someone master the sciences, but also very personal discipline required in the wider world, so that tools to control the activity is necessary. Controlling the activities of the lecture can be a matter of Presence. Presence is used to determine the presence of a person. Catholic University of Atma Jaya is still using manual system for the Presence where there are complaints related parties such as the difficulty of doing check and collect data of Presence and needs costs quite a lot of paper. Control activities performed by using the DHK lectures (attendance list). DHK is contained in the BAP (Official Lectures) and SAP (Unit Events Lectures). DHK serves to monitor student attendance. Students who attended the lecture must sign DHK or lecturer who gave a lecture marking the presence of DHK as a sign of the student. The presence of the lecturer and the material taught in lecture activities were monitored by using the BAP. BAP is filled by lecturers teaching each completed manually on paper that has been determined. After that, the BAP is collected to the secretariat to entered into the database. That activity is an activity that is repetitive and cause control is supposed to do, can not be executed. To avoid these problems, we need a tool that is more supportive. Therefore, this report will be made in the recommendation ofweb based presence process to improve the current process. Presence system is based on the method proposed FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking). |
