This study aims to examine the psychometric properties of an opinion survey conducted at PT XYZ. As one of the most establish bank in Indonesia, PT. XYZ has a major concern about its human capital. For that reason, their management team decided to hire an external consultant to conduct an Employee Opinion Survey. The result from this survey would help them to develop action plans that ensure the employees' satisfaction and well being. However, the problem rises when teh survey's questionnaire is considered as too generic and not suited well with PT. XYZ. Most participants found that some of the questionnarre's items are ambiguous and overlap to each other. The external consultant that develops this survey's questionnaire also could not provide a clear figure of the psychometric properties of this questionnaire. An applied research is conducted to address this problem. Several managers at PT. XYZ were interviewed in order to revise the questionnaire's item, and thirty six employees from Human Resource Division were asked to complete the revised survey's questionnaire's. Item-Total Correlation Method is used to analyze the questionnaire's items quantitatively; Expert Judgment and Face validity Method are used to test the Content Validity; while Internal Consistency Method used to test the Construct Validity. For testing the Reliability of this questionnaire, Coefficient Alpha Method is used. The result revealed that the revised survey's questionnaire is proven as not only valid but also reliable to be used to gather information about PT. XYZ's employees' satisfaction.
