It may not have been the best year for the U.S. economy, certain holders of public office, or the British royal family, but 1992 will surely stand Jut as a bright spot in the history of the American Psychological Association. APA celebrated the end of its first century with its finances stable, its membership growing. Its human resources consolidated and established is new headquarters, and a Centennial Convention with record-breaking attendance. It now stands poised to face the challenges of the next 100 years.
