Abstract
Production scheduling is one of the important factors that must be considered by a company. PT. X is a small-scale company engaged in manufacture with metal base materials which are in phase towards of total repair systems, especially in terms of production scheduling as often found in product inserts. Insertion product in question is the product purchased during the period is in progress and thus require a different allocation of machines from the released date contradicts earlier. At the moment PT. X does not have forecasting and production scheduling system that is sufficient to avoid any delays in production. The method will be used by the authors to predictHhe insertion product is the Monte Carlo method, that method is a method that uses random numbers are distributed uniformly to then convert them into production distribution insertions that may arise. Of these methods, namely insertion product obtained Cover 687OXC product in the first week and third and Din Rail products in the fourth week. Scheduling Production scheduling application program used for later comparison with the scheduling method used by companies today. In order situation actually happened, application completion time scheduling produce jobs faster than manual methods of the company. The average time difference obtained from both methods on each week was 38.63 minutes (38 minutes and 37 seconds).
