Abstract
P T. Mesindo Putra Perkasa is a company that moved in motorcycle and car part maker sector. Scheduled system in this company still use book order system. Multi stage supply chain system was design supply system from supplier, the system in this company until the system to customer. In this company kanban system will be applying at company so that make the system in this company being just in time and finally the minimum total cost inventory can be found. Next find the cost for ordering cost and holding cost, after that this cost was found then find another variables from previously research. All variable was found then total cost inventory could be found for all process from raw material, wip until finished product with the equation from previously research. Then the research continuous with use matlab with bisection logic. F rom that software, the result should be integer, because the result is not integer then the integer result could come from “branch and bound” algorithm after that continue with found the efficiency from software result matlab with algorithm and the result is BNB algorithm has a greater efficiency point than matlab software with efficiency 5,81%, for next company could use Kanban.
