PT. X is a company engaged in services. PT. X is a company doing business in the field of repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, especially cars. The company currently has 30 employees, of which a whole. PT. X to make changes in early 2011 ago. In early 2011, the second generation of PT. X remodel some technology companies by using a computerized technology. This change resulted in an adaptation that must be understood by every employee. Therefore, the analysis needs to be held to a change in the PT. X using the McKinsey’s 7S Model. This study aims to identify the McKinsey’s 7S Model in an organization, identify the factors that influence the management of change within an organization, and to evaluate changes in the organization with the help of McKinsey's 7S model. The research was done by taking data at PT. X through a questionnaire study that contains the item statements to measure employee perceptions of the influence of the management of change within an organization, as well as the influence of Model 7S McKinsey of an organization. Data processing performed by the method of Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach. From the result showed that the McKinsey’s 7S Model provides a positive influence on the organization, and also the management of change in a positive impact on an organization (company). |
