This study purposed to analysis of financial condition and financial condition prediction in the Indonesian telecommunications company in the period 2005-2010 and to know the trend of the financial condition of the Indonesian telecommunications industry during the period 2005-2010. Analysis tools used to determine the condition of financial on telecommunications companies under study is a model Ohlson's Y-Score, with colect data of financial statements required further calculate several financial ratios that exist in the model of Ohlson's Y-score it will get a value if the value more than 0.038 means that a company experiencing financial difficulties and if the condition value is less than 0.038 means that the company has good financial condition. From the analysis using the method of Ohlson's Y-Score is the financial condition of PT A for the period 2005-2010 showed an improved financial condition from year to year can be seen from the Ohlson's Y-score in 2005 was 0.72 and in 2010 the value of Ohlson's Y-Score into (1.22), in the same period of PT B showed good financial condition and tends to be stable while the PT C and PT D show a weakened financial condition. As PT C Ohlson's original value of Y-Score in 2005 (0.87) and in 2010 to 0.43 this is caused by the large amount of liabilities and a decrease in net income. Then the regression model of Ohlson's Y-Score for model 1 (the condition of financial current) and Model 2 (prediction condition financially one year ahead) year after year average shows the decline in value of Ohlson's Y-Score this shows that the condition and potential industry telecommunications in Indonesia still good and will continue to thrive despite the many new operators emerged from within and abroad.
