Abstract
These days, the competition of industrial growth become tighter and very competitive, making every company and enterprise must have strategy to survive to face this competition. Organizational learning strategy is one way to observe the company’s “health” so that they will survive the global competition. Knowledge for organization is an intellectual asset that could be classified depends on the knowledge that a person has. it apparently showed in every division in PT Sierad Produce Tbk, that is an intellectual riches that are different in every person. This research means to analyze the influence of tacit knowledge in PT. Sierad Produce tbk towards the practice of organizational learning, including the source of other factors. The instrument are questioners with PLS (Partial Least Square) data processing tools. PLS has the ability to identify the relation and the effect between indicators from tacit knowledge construct and organizational learning. The result from this research shows that the indicators have good validity and reliability, although there is a few indicators that don’t have any relation and any effect with the construct. This research also shows that tacit knowledge give positive influence in creating organizational learning. This indicates that every person’s tacit knowledge in a company affects the organizational learning in that company.
