| The human needs of natural product are so high. Natural product also safe to consume, therefore its demand is getting higher every moment. The greater demand for such product has to get along by a rapid and well supply of natural resources. One of the natural products that has a high demand is Hazelnut, for it has a bunch of functions. In a specific area, provides its own tools from simple materials such as rattan to produce Hazelnut. But the use of such tools considered less useful to balance the market demand. Hence, it is important try to make new tools that has components according to user needs. The making of this tool was based on component design stage in TKI 328 – planning and designing product, also refers to a stage on a book, titled “Engineering Design” by George E. Dieter. In this research, the only component design tools based on the other researcher, Vincent Chant. Hopefully the result of this research could be useful for people in area that produce Hazelnut to balance the market demand on processed Hazelnut output. |
