Isi artikelThe pur pose of this arti cle is to sug gest ways to use inter ac - tive tech nology in the class room and to exam ine the edu ca - tional out comes of doing so. This tech nology will be related to teaching mar keting courses and the inter na tional mar keting module within inter na tional busi ness courses. It has been used in many diverse types of edu cational set tings and could be inte grated into any class room in any dis cipline. The use of this tech nology and the study of its out comes was con ducted at an AACSB-accred ited mid western uni versity with 177 business stu dents, both grad u ate and under graduate. The findings of this study indi cate that use of this inter active tech - nology in the class room increases stu dent par ticipation, recall and under standing of the mate rial, team-build ing skills, and enjoy ment of the course and the learn ing pro cess itself. Sug - gestions for other courses in the mar keting cur riculum in which this tech nology might be used effec tively are offered.
