| This research is meant to know the suitability of managers and staff’s value systems and the effect on their performances at PT.PertaminaTongkang. The writer did the research by surveys and took a sample of 33 respondent. The method used in collecting the samples are with probability sampling, simple random sampling. Analysis method used in this research is the wilcoxon analysis. The result of the research is showing that there is a significant effect between the X variable (suitability of managers and staff’s value system) to Y variable (staff’s performances) on PT.PertaminaTongkang. In other words, if the value system between manager and staff are apporiate, then there is a good chance of performance improvement of the staff. |
