Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the influence of store image and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty to the Giant Plaza Semanggi with trust as mediation. Respondents for this study is for the people living in area Karet Semanggi. The questionnaires distributed by simple random sampling method. At the end of the period for distributing the questionnaire obtained 264 questionnaires completed and can be processed. Proposed research model has 3 level of acceptable fit and 2 level of good fit. There are 5 indicators of GOF that have been achieved. Those are x2/df, RMSEA, Confidence Interval (CI), NFI, and CFI. The research results that all the five hypotheses are accepted. Store Image and customer loyalty has significant and positive relationship directly & indirectly through trust as mediating factor.
