| Cooking oil has a prominent position as one of the Nine Basic Materials for the Indonesian people that the government should ensure the availability of cooking oil commodities to its people. As an effort in controlling the availability of the required mapping of cooking oil supply chain. Based of the Blueprint Planning and National Logistics Sector Development, explained that Indonesia has challenge of unintegrated logistics plan, the absence of effective regulation, inadequate infrastructure as well as distribution and transportation costs are so high. it the mapping of cooking oil supply chain is expected to be able to be the basic of planning to determine a good system of logistics. This study uses survey data from the source of the Distribution Pattern of Some Commodity Year 2009 by the Central Bureau of Statistics. The data was then fitted with the questionnaire prepared by researches. Processing data that exist is the recapitulation of the supply chain, manufacturing origin destination matrics, showing the large volume of moving between business functions, the geographical maps and making the proposed location of logistics terminal cooking oil commodities in the Municipality of South Jakarta. |
