| Management of Technology is a study which combine the study of management and study oftechnology. In management of technology there are four kinds of technology which is Technoware, Humanware, Infoware and Orgaware. Management of Technology provide an interesting topic about identifIcation of technology needs that this topic can provide an identification method about technology in a corporation, this method has a purpose thai can make the corporate more easy to choose a technology that they can provide in their company. The company which writer choose is PTJC. PTJC specialised in a bussines like switchboard manufacturing and manufacturing of power-eleciric pannel. There are Iwo method that can be used in this case, Technometric Method and Inlernal-Eks~ernal Method Tehcnomelric Method use algorithm calculation. This method has four main dimention. These four mam dimention are Technoware, Humanware, lnfoware, and Orgaware. From algorithm calculation of Stale of The Art from Technoware is 0.35 points, Humanware is 0.4125 points, Infoware is 0.550points, and Orgaware is 0.65points. After calculation by using TehcnometrIc Method, we use Internal-Eksternal Matrix to fullfil the IdentifIcation of Technology needs for the corporate. Points for Internal MatrIks ix 2.923 points, and for External Matriks is 3.19 points. From the calculation the corporate is in the stabil condition. this result is same with the result of Technometric Method calculation |
