The study of leadership in theoritical and practical levels has been an interesting topic, because it intersects with the institutional aspects in which we actualize ourselves and serve our fellow human beings and God. In history, the face of leadership has been dominated by the power of males and justified by "patriarkhy ideology." Male's perspective has become standard dan norm, and its consequence, for long the leadership has suffered the absence of women in it. Moreover, women have been marginalized and oppressed. This is what we call gender injustice or the inequality between men and women which in turn affects the access, process, and control to the institutional life. The reason for this gender injustice or inequality was rooted in an old theological understanding based on several biblical verses and passages. Therefore in this paper, the writer tries to look at those Biblical veerses and passages from women or feminist perspective in order to overcome the gender injustices and inqualities in the leadership role of women. thereby fulfill the divine will of God who want justice and equality for all, male and female who are created in God's image and recreated in Christ as new humanity.
