Abstract
Appointment of goods are still mostly done manually by the industry in Indonesia Effect of removal of the overload can cause injury to the body. This study aims to provide a safe limits recommended for female workers in the productive age range. In this research, observations of factors - factors such as frequency lifting box size, the horizontal distance and heavy load. Any data written on data sheets that contain the identity of each subject of study. To get the needed 10 people to research data subject of women workers who make 27 types of combinations of activities. Value - average heart rate, the largest of which is produced compared to the safe limits recommended by the N Dr.Lucien Brouha of 115 beats / min. Test Design of Experiment conducted to determine the effects of factors - factors that influence the research results and ANOVA test conducted to determine the level of the factors which give effect to the results of the study. Energy consumption values obtained from the results of heart rate that has been included in the formula. The results of this study, the recommended safe weight limit for all kinds of variations of activity in the range 12 kg to 14 kg. Design of experiment test results showed that the frequency of lifting, the horizontal distance and expense to give effectttothisresearch.
