Entrepreneurship is seen as a solution to the ever-growing problem of unemployment among graduates.However, it has been found that this career choice is not favored by younger people, especially graduates, who see entrepreneurship as only a second or even last choice. Design/Methodology: This research was carried out using a questionnaire. The research sample was chosen using stratified random sampling and consisted of 266 participants of the Graduate Entrepreneurial Scheme (GES). Finding: Research findings show that an attitude based on an internal locus of control, monetary value, and autonomy had a significant impact on choosing entrepreneurship as a career choice. Practical Implication: It was found that attitude can predict career choice in this field through aspiration level among graduates.
