The separation of powers in australia has a different approach with distribution of powers in Indonesia although they are both drwan written constitutions. Thus raises an interesting issue for discussion. Why does one country choose to use separation of powers when another uses the distribution of powers? Some aspects of the practical background of each country will be discussed in an endeavor to identify to looking for the possibility reasons for the distinction.
