In order to fulfilling the need, government has to control the supply of cooking oil by mapping the supply chain first. The Blueprint of Logistic Development stated that Indonesia lacks of integrated logistic masterplan, effective regulations, infrastructures, and high distribution and transportation cost. The mapping of supply chain will be the first step in planning the integrated logistic system. This research was based on the data from a survey , Survei Pola Distribusi Beberapa Komoditi 2009, which was conducted by BPS. Another survey was conducted with random sampling method to complete the supply chain map. Data is processed through the recapitulation of data, origin-destination matrices, and mapping of supply chain channels. The geographic map was created to show the location of the supply chain channels in each village. The result of this research is the practical basic step of creating the integrated logistic system in order to cope with the problem of traffic congestion and the increasing number of citizen in North, Central, and West Jakarta.This research will be the basic of determining the location of central logistic terminal as a part of integrated logistic system.
