Therefore, this study aims to analyze the correlation between knowledge management competence of individual employees against the company. The study was conducted through case studies on PT.Abacus Kencana Industries engaged in manufacturing. The result of data processing by using software Partial Least Square (PLS) to prove that the relationship between the Knowledge Management of the competence of individual employees have a strong relationship, as well as tacit knowledge of Knowledge Management which is one type of knowledge, and competence of individuals against the target company. However, Knowledge Management only directly influence the competence of individuals and no effect on the target company. That is because the lack of attention to knowledge management company that resulted in difficulty to develop competencies that exist in individuals to be utilized in achieving company targets.
