Sharing tacit knowledge is a means of distribution of tacit knowledge within an organization to maintain continuity of information that is implied and not lost. Each organization must utilize and maintain the tacit knowledge possessed by that knowledge is a form of knowledge inherent in a person and it is difficult to show physically. Efforts to keep this knowledge in order to stay awake one is to distribute it to a division within the organization in order to reach a balance of knowledge. Sharing tacit knowledge plays an important role in preventing the loss of tacit knowledge within an organization. A model of sharing tacit knowledge will be able to help organizations to manage tacit knowledge possessed. In writing this time will be presented a model of tacit knowledge sharing that focuses on the process of sharing tacit knowledge between individuals within a division. This model is designed with two main constructs, namely tacit knowledge and knowledge sharing. In knowledge sharing, there are 8 constructs exogenous: learning orientation, market orientation, absorptive capacity, positive interaction, trust, demographics, IT infrastructure, reward systems. As for tacit knowledge, there are 8 constructs exogenous: experience, personal interaction, community, workplace conditions, transfer knowledge, situations, target oriented and informal. Validation of the model implemented in a company engaged in cable production in Indonesia. Validation is done by distributing questionnaires. Respondents are members of the production division. The data processing method was used Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach. The result of data processing showed that the key factors that influence the process of sharing tacit knowledge as tacit knowledge is a media distribution market orientation in the exogenous constructs knowledge sharing and experience in the exogenous constructs tacit knowledge. |
