PT. Nusahadi Citraharmonis is one of the automotive manufacturing company. The crucial problem that PT. Nusahadi Citraharmonis facing is the machine breakdown that occured during the production process, so that delay the production process. The delayed of production process will result in failure to achieve production targets. Based on the collected data, stamping machines have the biggest downtime. Maintenance activity that carried out by PT. Nusahadi Citraharmonis is corrective maintenance even though there are preventive maintenance treatments, but the action is just a cleaning and lubrication and only carried out during the holidays. Based on the collected data, a suggestion to improve the maintenance system can be given to the company by using preventive maintenance which consist of inspection and replacement of machine components. The adjacent replacement and inspection time can be combined when making a maintenance schedule. The time required for maintenance is the time for production so it is necessary to reschedule. Therefore, it is required the integrated production scheduling and maintenance scheduling. The focus of this research is the optimization of integrated production scheduling and maintenance by minimizing makespan. Results comparison of integrated production scheduling and maintenance scheduling and integrated production scheduling and maintenance by combining the adjacent replacement time and inspection time, there is a difference of 0.599% in January 2010, 0.038% in May 2010 and 0.221% in June 2010. |
