Abstrak
Working posture evaluation method is a method that can analyze a work posture to determine whether work posture is good, bad, or dangerous. Results of the assessment can be a number and the recommendation, which means if already know the working posture is poor or dangerous, then the next step is to analyze the awkward posture in working and then fix it by changing posture or maybe using help from Human Resource to complete the job. Working in a sitting posture can also be dangerous if done with a duration of more than tolerance limits of our bodies. This research aims to develop experimental module evaluation methods OWAS, RULA and REBA working posture, for students of Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Atma Jaya. Therefore this study conducted at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Atma Jaya by using students as research subjects. This study consists of three phases, the introduction of the working posture evaluation materials, module testing, and final exam of a material that had been taught during this research activity. At the time of preparing the experiment module, the material from these modules should consist of practical goals, tools and materials, lab activities, lab procedures, and basic theory of the method of working posture OWAS, RULA and REBA. From the results of this research, that the coding exercises working posture while testing the module takes the average ranged from 57 minutes 12 seconds to 57 minutes 27 seconds to 10 photos of work postures. So that the time allocated for 60 minutes to practice coding is the most appropriate time. From the results of Mann-Whitney test, there is a difference between the value of the average student in the class coding exercises and the results of student test scores. This is caused by the presence of various factors influencing the results such as the readiness factor, pressure, and the way to solve the problem (individuals or groups). From the results of the Kruskal-Wallis test, there is a difference between the average coding exercises in class, the value of testing modules, and test scores. The average of the highest obtained value test module. So the higher grades on these activities, the more students understand the material covered during the event.
