Research conducted at PT. Sinpo Pack Indonesia is aimed to evaluate the working postures of the workers making cardboard pallets using OWAS methods will be knwn the level of risk against the working posture. It also conducted research and analysis of work postures based on ergonomic dan economics movement principles.
Based on the results obtained using OWAS method obtained an average score for each work station, the horizontal cutting station is 2.20; cut coakan 1.67; vertical cutting (worker 1) 2; cut vertically (worker 2) 1.44; glueing (worker 1) 1.87; glueing (worker 2) 2; assembly (worker 1) 1.45; assembly (worker 2) 1.35. All scores obtained been rounded off upwards. The result of all the scores after the second rounding is meaning of work attitude
resulted in a significant effect of tension and need to be improved in the future, except for a
horizontal cut is needed improvements as soon as posible.
Based on ergonomic principles and economic analysis of the movement there are several stations that had carried out repairs, but there is a horizontal cut at the station subaktivitas be some who eliminated after a revision. Repairs are expected to reduce illnes and accidents suffered by workers. |
