PT. Abacus Kencana Industries is a company engaged in the manufacture of rack systems manufacturer. Currently, PT. Abacus Kencana Industries headed by a director who is assisted by an assistant director who is also part of quality control. The Director heads the seven divisions consisting of finance & accounting division, sales division, engineering division, a division of warehouse, production division, EDP Division and Human Resources division. Employees who are currently employed at PT. Abacus Kencana Industries has the capabilities are not entirely in accordance with the job spesification set by the company. This nonconformity may result in losses for the company since almost all existing activities undertaken by humans either loss of time and cost. To get employees who have competence in accordance with the job spesification (needs of the company) needed a recruitment and selection process is good.
