Nature conservation aspect and consumen protecting need to get attention, especially for contamination by some chemical substances. Crops contamination get big ettention, because this commodities can threaten health if they keep consuming these foods. The purpose of Risk Assessment for public health in west Java is to test the level of residues pesticide dithiocarbamat in food, which had been carried out for six various of food among other rice, corn, bean, banana, tofu and "tempe". Sample taken from B, C, S in west Java provinces.
