Many kinds of food products have field in the market, by developing of food industries. They cause some negative effect and decreasing quality and safety as well. Those could make consumer loss. Due to this situation, the society must be protected from the substandard of food production. Food manufacture and production facilities and production facilities in some food industries in Jabotabek, Bandung and Surabaya have been assayed. Sample selected was a high risk food in manufactured that caused some discases and poisonous, as well as easy contaminated by microbiological, chemical and physical dangers for examples cattle breeding and fishery food manufactures.
