Isi artikel
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child took 10 .years to draft. Its final content represents a shift from earlier thinking in the field of children's rights. The substantive articles of the Convention guarantee to children the full range of human rights and also set an international precedent by the extent to which they focus on the rights of the individual child and provide a no paternalistic attitude toward that child.
