This article suggests ICS as a strategic coping for Indonesians in dealing with globalization challenges in organizations. As Indonesia develops its multiculturality in centuries, its people experience cultural diversity on a day to day basis. This experience resulted in a sense of sensitivity indicated by relax acceptance and strong tolerance for cultura difference. Unfortunately, the competence is not sufficiently productive to handle Indonesians' intercultural engagements. It needs to be modified and systematically developed. Finally, this work points out potential strengths of Indonesian ICS and promotes systematic culture learning for ICS development. |
