The title of the research is “Implementation License of Found Policy in Bogor Regency” (Case at sub division of building management in Bogor Regency). Focus in this research is 2 (two) variables. First variable is implementation license of found building policy from sub division of building management in Bogor Regency, and second how sub division of building management in Bogor Regency, and second how subdivision of building for their home and other owner. Hipotesis in this research is perfect implementation conditions are the circumstances external to the implementing agency do not impose crippling constraints, that required combination of resources is actually available to the program, that the base upon a valid theory of cause and effect, that the relationship between cause and effect minimal:That there is understanding of, and agreement on objectives, that dependency relationship are specified in correct sequence, that there is perfect communication and co-ordination, that those in authority can demand and obtain perfect compliance. Result of research is implementation license and found policy from subdivision of building management in Bogor Regency have still not optimal, so that public services still not optimal
