The research is aimed to see (1) the use of Balance Scorecard perspective in translating the vision and mission of PTS "X" Sidoarjo into its strategies and (2) the efforts of PTS "X" Sidoarjo toimprove its work performance based onthe strategic implementation of Balance Scorecard perspective results. The research is a qualitative study by employing Balance Scorecard frameworks is able to help translating the vision and mission into the objectives, standard points, targets, and strategic initiatives; (2) the implementation of Balance Scorecard in PTS "X" Sidoarjo is carried out by analyzing the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of PTS "X" Sidoarjo and then explained into the strategic measurements, targets, and strategic initiatives. These results are intended to provide the best alternatives to increase the performance of PTS "X" Sidoarjo in reaching the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of PTS "X" Sidoarjo as a whole.
