The education management is an effort to develop the quality of human resources in order to have competition in the globalization area. At the Indonesian General Election in 2004, the political party as one of the democrary pillar, which born and expand in society, owning big responsibility and role in seeing the ideal condition of the future education. The objective of this article is to describe and discuss the improvement of the education quality management. It represents the target of the national educational development and the integral part from effort of improvement of human being quality. The methods used descriptive analysis of the collected data from field and library research.
