This study aims to discover whether there are any significant differences in job satisfaction based on Herzberg's two-factor theory between full time workers and those who are categorized as temporary workers within the same company. Variables that are suspected to influence job satisfaction beside the main factors are gender, age, tenure as well education level. To test those main variables, I use approached the job satisfaction according to Herberg using two-theory factor, using two sample groups which are the full time workers and temporary workers int he TBP company. This research is conducted by surveying 60 workers that are divided into those two groups using questionnaires. The results of this research indicates there is no difference in job satisfaction between those two groups, which in statistical terms means the H0 is accepted and the Ha is rejected. Both the main variables and additional variables were calculated in this research, including gender, age, tenure and educational level which shows the same results, that there are no difference in job satisfaction between full time workers and temporary workers. |
