And as an industrial manufacture company, PT.Abacus K.I desires a better performance of its company. Therefore, the company is attempting to perform more developments on several divisions, one of them is by improving the employee’s job productivity. And based on the observation result on the plant and the adaptation of research model of Nuzsep, thus, the researcher is observing the factors which are influencing the job productivity. Variables were measured in this research are physical environment, rewards and ability. Raw data collecting in this research was implemented by distributing questionnaire of the job productivity with the respondents number of 100 people. The method was used here to analyze the relationship between physical environment, rewards, ability and the job productivity here is the structural equation method or also known as the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Data processing of the raw data was implemented by using the LISREL 8.30 (Linier Structural Relationship). LISREL is a software which could used to overcome the SEM problem. And the result of this research which was obtained from the data processing, concluded that, there is only one latent variable, which is the ability that have a significant influence towards the job productivity with the factor coefficient number of 100. And for the endogen manifest variable which have a significant influence towards the job productivitu is the performance variable with the coeficient number of 0.83.
