Abstract
PT Teijin Fiber Indonesia Corporation,Tbk (PT TIFICO, Tbk) is a producer of Synthetic Fiber in the forms of Staple Fiber, Filament Yarn and Polyester Chips. The Company uses Make to Stock and Make to Order manufacturing system to serve various
product requestment from customers. Production Process uses the chemical materials to produce finished goods. Current Performance Measurement System has not accomodated all involved stakeholders yet, besides that, the performance indicator does not have weight of importance so the company does not have attention in specifying the performance improvement priority. Current method specifies six objectives: Customer Satisfaction,
Stabilization of Quality, Production Unit, Project, Pollution ISO 14001, No Accident ISO 18001. There are 21 performance indicators based on those objectives. The achievement level is 76,19%. This result based on how many accomplished indicators.
Performance Prism is a-three dimentional framework that has been deliberately designed to be highly flexible so that it can provide both a broad and narrow focus as required. Performance prism method was built and strenghten its existing from first generation performance measurement methodologies. Performance is also viewed as
achivement in effort of maximizing stakeholders’ contribution for the sake of company and to support company’s capability to operate eminently.
The design of performance prism started by identifying the needs and contributions from each stakeholders, then formulated strategy as company reference then followed by specifying relevant processes which match with company capabilities. The objective used in designing is to create a good relationship with stakeholders. Based on that objective then formulated 25 KPIs with detail of 6 Customer KPIs, 4 Supplier KPIs, 4 Employee
KPIs, 3 Investor KPIs, 3 Regulator KPIs, 5 Community KPIs. Measurement result showed that the performance for customer equal to 4,68; for
supplier equal to 4,59; for employee equal to 4,59; for investor equal to 4,36; for regulator equal to 4,36 and for community equal to 3,98. As a whole, company performance level is 4,4605. In consclusion, company performance level is very good.
