Abstract
PT.HERO Supermarket, Tbk is a company engaged in the retail industry. PT.HERO Supermarket, Tbk selling goods jubako (seven of raw materials) are not basic food (nine of raw materials) because PT.HERO Supermarket, Tbk does not sell the type
of fuel. Problem in this company is in the procurement of inventory. Procurement of inventory on PT.HERO Supermarket, Tbk based system available stock (card stock), as stocks were running low then the new reservation made, because it happens so often in the shop vacuum goods that affect customer satisfaction. In addition there are problems and lack of excess inventory that affect the total cost. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of items to be purchased (stock) for consumable goods and
optimize profit. And calculate the cost required for the goods it easy expired. Inventory procurement lead times based on analysis of the calculation of the normal distribution, service level where the highest service level is chosen parameters,
the reorder point reordering point, average inventory levels to determine the average daily demand and the total relevant cost consists of cost of messages, the cost materials, save costs, distribution costs and damage costs. The next stage will be forwarded to the allocation of the layout of the item that is relevant to the calculation of activity diagrams in which each degree of closeness is obtained from the questionnaire, the total cost rate
calculation which is relevant inputs from the activity diagram, the calculation of the number and wide pallets, up to the layout description in the warehouse based on the total cost rating so obtained optimal total area of the warehouse as needed. The results of this final task is a method to anticipate the uncertainties of consumer demand to avoid excess or shortage of inventory. Based on the data processing done on some lead time lead time of 1, 1.5, 2.5 and 3 days then the obtained results that lead time is one day teroptimal, this is seen by some selected parameters of reorder point
and the total relevant teroptimum lowest cost. The third type is reorder point reorder point is chosen as 3 take into account fluctuations in demand than it was influenced by the safety stock and lead times.
